LATE POLICY
•There is a 9 minute grace period for being late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, this will result in an automatic cancelled appointment.
Any deposits made will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Please note that being late to your appointment reduces the time allotted for your scheduled appointment and I will not push back other clients' appointments.
•Please arrive on time. You can arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive early, please text me first so I can see if I can accommodate you.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
• Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment through contacting me via text or email (if slots are available due to how booked the calendar can be).
•You are allowed to reschedule once. Rescheduling more than once will require a NEW deposit.
• ALL RESCHEDULES MADE PAST THE 48 HOUR WINDOW WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
- All cancellations result in loss of deposit.
- SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE CHARGED 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE.
- Appointments can not be rescheduled on the same day.This is considered a same day cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the balance.
- No call/no shows will result in deposit being forfeited.I reserve the right to refuse future services. *Absolutely no refunds. No exceptions.
- No call/No shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
• IF THE CARD ON FILE CANNOT BE CHARGED,YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM BOOKING ANY SERVICES.
• Appointments can not be rescheduled into the next month. You will have to cancel and rebook with a NEW deposit.
NEW CLIENTS
- New Clients are to book under "New Client Services".If any other service is booked, it will result in a cancellation and the deposit being forfeited.
- PLEASE,HAVE YOUR INTAKE FORM FILLED OUT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.This form requires your consent to receive facial services. If not filled out, I cannot service you.
RETURNING CLIENTS
- IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SERVICED BY ME WITHIN A 3 MONTH TIMEFRAME, YOU ARE TO BOOK AS A NEW CLIENT.
- Please consult with me before booking any Chemical Peels.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
• The non-refundable deposit of $52.00 has an added extra $2 service fee from Stripe. The extra $2 does not go towards your balance for the service.(e.g., A deposit of $52 is required, however $50 goes towards your service). This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Payments are to be made in CASH,ONLY.
THINGS YOU MAY NEED TO KNOW
• I do not service any individual under the age of 18 years old
• NO GUESTS are allowed in the suite. They will not be accommodated.
• Please come with a cleansed face & without makeup(if you can).
• Dress comfortably! Ex: Tank tops,short sleeve shirts,etc. If you are wearing a hoodie, please expect to take it off.
• Cell phones are to be on silent or vibrate.
• Please remove all jewelry that may get in the way( hoop earrings,dangling earrings,and piercings if able to remove)
• 1 week before discontinue exfoliation, peels, topical/oral medications,Depilatory Creams, Bleaching/coloring. Do not shave/wax the face ( men and women).
• Please wait 72 hours after receiving eyelash extensions to book an appointment.
